HOA Photo Packet is built by Applied Open Source, LLC, a software company in Florida. We kept seeing the same problem: important project photos getting lost in crowded camera rolls, group texts, and email chains right when people needed clean proof for an HOA, a permit, an insurance claim, or a customer.
So we built a packet-first app. Instead of just storing photos, it's designed around the finished PDF report, with organized sections, formatted notes, labels, cover pages, signatures, and disclaimers, so anyone can produce professional documentation in minutes, without design skills.

What is HOA Photo Packet?

Who is it for?
Homeowners, contractors, property managers, home inspectors, and real estate professionals who need organized photo proof without a heavy construction-management system.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. In Version 1, photos, addresses, customers, packets, notes, and PDFs are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Does the app collect my photos or customer information?
No. The app owner does not collect your photos, addresses, customer information, packet content, or exported PDFs. There is no third-party tracking or analytics in Version 1.
Can I use it for HOA approvals?
Yes. Prepare clean packets with property information, before/current/proposed photos, notes, dates, location details, and PDF output ready for HOA or ARC submission.
Can contractors use it?
Yes. Build before and after reports, proof of service packets, repair records, and branded job completion PDFs. Add a customer signature on site when you need sign off.
Can I add my company logo to the PDF?
Yes. In the app, open Properties and use the Branding tab to save your logo and company details (contractors, property managers, inspectors, and agents). Link branding when you create or edit a packet and it appears on the PDF cover.
